SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Jacksons Food Stores or ExtraMile by Jacksons ‘Fuel Your Summer’ Shop and Win Consumer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:45:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 25, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on August 26, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal United States residents, residing in the states of Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Washington (the “Eligible Territory”) and Oregon 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of Jacksons Food Stores (“Administrator”) their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of employees or their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void outside of Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Washington, Oregon and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participating products do not include Alcohol, Tobacco, Fuel and Lottery. Void where prohibited.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Prize: $10,000 cash
Five (5) prizes to be awarded, equaling $50,000. Confirmed winner will receive a $10,000 prize check issued by Jacksons Food Stores and executed in accordance with Section #6 below.
GENERAL PROVISIONS REGARDING ALL PRIZES: Winner acknowledges that Jacksons Food Stores have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for such warranty and/or guarantee.

Every time you spend $15 in qualifying products in a single transaction at any participating Jacksons Food Stores or Extra Mile by Jacksons stores in the Eligible Territory during the Promotion Period you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Jacksons Food Stores 50th Anniversary – Win $10,000 with Let’s Go Rewards, 3450 E. Commercial Court, Meridian, ID 83642, which must be postmarked by August 26, 2025 and received by September 2, 2025 (“Mailed Entry”). Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced Mailed Entries permitted. Sponsor will submit the Mailed Entry into the Drawing corresponding to its postmark date, provided it is received not more than seven (7) days after, Once a Mailed Entry is received, it will be valid for all remaining Drawings for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless such Mailed Entry has previously been selected as a winner.

WINNER SELECTION, WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Section #6: RANDOM DRAWINGS: Potential prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated under Entry Method #2 – postmarked by August 26th, 2025. Non-winning entries will roll over from one Drawing to the next.
Limit one (1) Prize per person/ family/ household. Unless otherwise indicated, odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated above.
Entrants must have a currently-in-use valid phone number and e-mail address. Potential winners will be notified by phone call/mail/ email and may be asked to provide additional information so that prizes may be sent to them. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more, must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and a Publicity Release (where lawful) (“Prize Documents”) which will be sent to the potential winners for completion and must be returned for prize verification and award. Prize Documents will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of entry, if applicable. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return Prize Documents via email/fax within seven (7) business days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for prizes valued at $600 or more for the actual value of the prizes.

ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time of drawing.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Use of Winner’s Name: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sponsors, their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name, address, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material in any medium of communication, including but not limited to, print, Internet, radio and/or television for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing or promotional purposes.
- Winner’s Responsibility: Winners will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any. Grand Prize Winner will be required to give their social security number to Administrator as a condition of receiving the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize. No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win a prize or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All other expenses on the receipt and use of a prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted or used by the winner for any reason will be forfeited. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
- Execution of Affidavit and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, he/she may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a Form W9 and to present photo identification. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant if the winner does not execute and return the prepared form of Affidavit and Release within seven (7) days of the date upon which Sponsors send to winner.
- Release Sponsors of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Jacksons Food Stores (Sponsor,) Beaver Creek Firewood, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their receipt or use of the Sweepstakes prizes. Sponsors assume no liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes.
- Governing Law; Jurisdiction: This Giveaway will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho without regard to conflict of law principles. Any controversy arising under, in connection with or in any way relating to this Giveaway shall be adjudicated before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Boise, Ada County, Idaho. Entrant and Sponsor: (i) accept, generally and unconditionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of such court and any related appellate court, and irrevocably agree to be bound by any judgment rendered thereby in connection with this Giveaway, and (ii) irrevocably waive any objection it may now or hereafter have as to the venue of any such suit, action, or proceeding brought in such a court or that such court is an inconvenient forum.
GENERAL RULES
Prizes consist of only those items specifically referenced as part of the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating and/or winning a prize, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (or eject any winner from a game/trip/event) that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes process or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participants may not register with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register/play multiple times may be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s discretion. Neither the Sponsor nor Released Parties assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/ delayed/ garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software, entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, including any entry mechanism, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, safety, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, including death, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. DISPUTES: As a condition of entering, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Idaho; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
