TRI-CITIES, WA — Jacksons Food Stores (Jacksons) is thrilled to be welcomed into the Tri-Cities community as it takes over operations of five store locations.
As a newcomer to the area, Jacksons is intent on serving both its neighborhood customers and the community as a whole.
“Our team, from the folks who brew your coffee to our leadership, believes we have an obligation to make every place we’re lucky enough to do business in a better place to live for all its residents,” said Cory Jackson, Jacksons Food Stores President. “We’re looking forward to supporting the Tri-Cities area however we can.”
The five store locations are in West Richland, Richland, Kennewick, and Burbank. Their addresses are:
Customers at these locations will have access to new perks from Jacksons, including delicious bean to cup coffee selections, an enhanced beer and wine selection, Frazil slush drinks and Jacksons Let’s Go Rewards. The free rewards program provides exclusive offers and the ability to earn free items within the app just for shopping at any Jacksons location.
Tri-Cities residents may now also alert Jacksons to the good works happening in the region with the possibility of support through sponsorships, volunteers or other giving. People can find applications here.
The stores were transferred as part of a larger acquisition between PacWest Energy LLC with Jackson Energy and Sun Pacific Energy, Inc. Sun Pacific’s convenience stores and other wholesale energy operations are being taken over by PacWest and Jackson Energy. Nearly all Tri-Cities personnel remain employed.
Supporting a place starts with supporting its people. That’s why Jacksons offers competitive pay and other benefits, including opportunities for additional education, professional development, discounts and other quality-of-life perks for its employees. Working with Jacksons is always a step toward creating opportunity.
Stores now operated by Jacksons will proudly continue the partnerships that already existed on individual sites. Locations on Keene, Kingsgate, Ridgeline and Uhling have an attached Firehouse Subs location that will all continue doing business. The West 27th Avenue location parking lot includes a Macha Express Coffee store that will keep brewing and serving coffee for its customers.
All five locations will be transitioned and operating as Jacksons Food Stores by Friday, December 8.
